Project overview

Making a complex service business easier to understand.

The rebuild began with the business model—not a template. Every major page and action was organized around the questions customers ask and the information Triple Clean needs before quoting a job.

My role

I worked across the full website lifecycle.

This was not simply a visual refresh. The project joined business strategy, content, design, development, forms, search, accessibility, and launch work into one maintainable WordPress system.

Information architecture

Prioritized commercial, turnover, and trash-out services while keeping limited residential availability and recruiting easy to find.

Content and UX writing

Reworked headings, service explanations, trust content, and calls to action so each page helps visitors make a clear next decision.

Responsive interface design

Created a custom GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks system with reusable layouts, purposeful spacing, and mobile-first interaction states.

Quote experience

Structured service-specific questions around property type, condition, access, timing, and photographs instead of relying on a generic contact form.

SEO and accessibility

Strengthened headings, metadata, structured data, local relevance, contrast, keyboard focus, alternative text, and mobile usability.

Launch and technical QA

Tested forms, confirmations, navigation, responsive layouts, redirects, social previews, links, and search settings before launch.

Content and conversion

The website asks better questions before the team has to.

Service pages, trust content, and the quote experience work together so visitors understand the process and Triple Clean receives more useful information from the first request.

The structure follows the way customers actually make decisions. Rather than giving every visitor the same generic contact path, the site identifies the service first and then requests only the details needed to understand that kind of job.

  • Routes visitors by service and situation instead of expecting them to decode a long service list.
  • Explains why pricing is custom and what information affects the scope of work.
  • Collects property, condition, access, timing, and photograph details relevant to the selected service.
  • Places reviews and before-and-after proof before the primary request decision.
  • Keeps the hiring path distinct from customer quote requests.

Beyond the page builder

The work did not stop when the layouts looked finished.

The launch included the technical and editorial details that determine whether a website is usable, findable, trustworthy, and maintainable after publication.

Accessibility

  • Logical headings and landmarks
  • Keyboard-visible focus and usable mobile navigation
  • Contrast, alternative text, and readable line lengths
  • Clear form instructions and persistent confirmations

Search and local relevance

  • Service-focused metadata and page structure
  • LocalBusiness schema and accurate Treasure Valley coverage
  • Sitemap and social-preview checks
  • Audit and cleanup of more than 5,000 imported redirects

Launch quality assurance

  • Desktop, tablet, and phone testing
  • Forms, notifications, links, and navigation checks
  • Responsive images and layout review
  • Final crawl, indexing, and structured-data checks

Outcome

A clearer website for customers—and a more useful tool for the business.

Because the rebuilt site launched recently, this case study focuses on the completed system and operational improvements rather than inventing performance claims before enough data exists.

What changed

The finished site gives customers clearer choices and gives Triple Clean a stronger operational tool—not merely a more polished homepage.

  • A clear hierarchy for commercial, turnover, trash-out, and limited residential work.
  • A quote process aligned with the information the business actually needs.
  • Visible proof through reviews and before-and-after work.
  • A separate, prominent path for recruiting cleaners.
  • Reusable WordPress patterns that the site can continue to grow with.
